Who Are We?
Star CNC Machine
All Star CNC sliding automats have a slanted bank dovetail type box slide system. This system is generally used in the body structures of the world’s most sensitive machines.
The inclined bench structure of the body ensures that the weight of the tool post is distributed over the body, and the box slide system ensures that the cutting force and vibration are absorbed on the body during cutting.
Your cutting tools will have a longer life compared to linear systems, and since the slides are perfectly matched to each other, the machine will be much more rigid and precise for many years and will be less affected by heat.
With the same engine power, it can enter high chips, saving both time and energy. Since the cutting forces are distributed evenly on the body, there is no deformation in the body. Therefore, the processed parts always come out within the desired measurement tolerances.
