PROGRAM UTILITY JR

Program Utility Jr software is a template driven CNC program editor specific for Star machines. The software can run on all the latest Windows platforms and provides users with a variety of features that allow CNC programs to be generated quickly and easily with the minimum of inputs.

Templates are easily configured within the software to suit machining processes often repeated such as program header & footer, tool calls, canned cycles, part off and pick-up sequences. The CNC code is generated automatically by clicking on the desired “template”, users simply modify the required code before inserting into the program.

Programmes can be checked using the “NC CHECK” function, this scans the CNC code and ensures the program does not contain any syntax or wait code errors. Multi-channel programs are displayed on one screen and can even be saved as one file for ease of editing.
