The FMB Turbo 3-36 HD magazine bar feeder suits bar diameters 3mm up to 36mm.<\/p>\n

The FMB Turbo 3-36 HD is designed to support 3.2m bar length and incorporates an SFB-310 Eco high-pressure coolant unit which delivers either 100 or 150 bar coolant pressure. Supplied with a separate 200 litre tank and 40\u03bcm cartridge filter, the space-saving SFB unit delivers up to 28 litres per minute via 8 outlets.<\/p>\n

The barfeed pusher device is servo controlled for accurate bar length measurement and positioning. Operation is via a hand-held touchscreen pendant, where parameters to adjust feeding speed and force are easily adjusted for optimal running.<\/p>\n

Material support is generated from oil circulated from the bar feed tank through the polyurethane guide channel providing the ideal support for the rotating material. The bar feed also includes a roller steady device, the rollers are adjusted to the material being processed and provide additional support to both the bar and main pusher during machining.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n\n
