The FMB Turbo 2-20 P magazine bar feeder suits bars diameters 2mm up to 23mm and can be supplied to support bar lengths: 2.2, 3.2 and 4.2M.
When processing very small material diameters, the P-version of the Turbo 2-20 offers a unique alternative for the optimal separation of the material bars. The lateral material storage is also equipped with a pivotable pilgrim step separation. The advantages of the compact design through the principle of the two-step feed remain.
The pusher device is servo controlled for accurate bar length measurement and positioning. Material support is generated from oil circulated from the bar feed tank through the guide channel providing the ideal support for the rotating material. The bar feed also includes a steady device, the steady accepts plastic guide jaws selected to support the material being processed.
